Affiliate Program Compliance

To remain in good standing with the Shifter affiliate program, all partners must follow our affiliate terms and compliance standards.

Brand Representation Requirements

Affiliates must clearly present themselves as independent partners. You may not impersonate, represent, or imply that you are Shifter.ca, Inculeader, or any of our dealership, lender, or brand partners. All promotional content, messaging, landing pages, ads, and communications must make it clear that you are a third-party affiliate referring customers to Shifter.

Affiliates may promote Shifter using their own branding, voice, and channels, but must not mislead consumers into believing they are communicating directly with Shifter or one of its partners.

Approved Traffic Sources

The following traffic types are permitted: Social media traffic (organic and paid), Native advertising, Referral and website traffic, CASL-compliant SMS marketing, CASL-compliant email marketing

All traffic must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). If you are unsure whether your traffic source or promotional method is permitted, please contact your affiliate manager for review and approval prior to launch.
