- Matching consumers with car loan options and car refinancing solutions.
- Facilitating connections with finance managers, dealerships, and third-party providers, including SafeLend Canada or other refinancing providers.
- Generating leads that may be shared or sold to LoansCanada, the LoansCanada dealer network, and Shifter.ca dealer partners.
- All services are provided for informational purposes and are not a guarantee of loan approval or specific financial outcomes.
2. Eligibility
By using Shifter.ca, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 19 years of age.
- You provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting applications.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable laws.
3. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information during application or registration.
- Use the website and services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website or services.
- Consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Lead Generation and Third-Party Sharing
By using Shifter.ca, you consent that:
- Your personal and financial information may be shared with Shifter.ca dealer partners, LoansCanada, and the LoansCanada dealer network.
- Your information may be used for marketing purposes and may be sold to interested third parties.
- Car refinancing applications may be processed by SafeLend Canada or other approved third-party providers.
5. No Guarantee of Approval
Shifter.ca does not guarantee approval for loans, refinancing, or any financial product. Loan approvals depend on the criteria and discretion of lenders or third-party providers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Shifter.ca, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dealerhop Finance Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shifter.ca, Dealerhop Finance Ltd., and its affiliates, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, including financial loss or data loss.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shifter.ca, Dealerhop Finance Ltd., and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

9. Termination
